It also has 2 palapas (one facing the ocean with a bathroom and one overlooking the lagoon), a terrace with a spectacular view of the ocean and the lagoon and another overlooking the ocean. The house is facing the ocean and the lagoon, with direct and private access. To get to the house, a 15-minute boat ride is required, which is included in the price. One outbound and one return. The space The house is located on a private island, where you can go fishing, kayaking, walking along the beach shore, boating, skiing and enjoying spectacular sunsets and sunrises while enjoying a coconut and seafood. Other things to note The house is rustic style and is about 40 minutes from Tampico. To get there, you have to leave your vehicles on the shore of the lagoon, where we will take you on a boat ride of about 15 minutes to the house, since it is on the island of Tampachice. Electricity is provided by diesel and gasoline-based power plants.
