Please adhere to additional house rules: -No smoking or vaping in the house. -No pets. -No parties. -You may not exceed the number of people specified at the time of the booking. -No subletting, only the people on the registration are permitted to stay overnight. If no names are listed, only the people arriving the first day should be there during the stay. -The house is available for long term stays however electric bills are split in half for monthly stays May-September covering extra ac expense. You can expect an additional $50-$75 per month. - Obviously no illegal internet activity. -Please clean up after yourselves. -No marijuana on property at any time. If the place has any odor of marijuana there will be a $500 additional cleaning fee assessed.
