Killer views lake house!

Lived in lake house located on Pistakee Lake with an amazing sunset view year round. In the summer we have a fire pit (bring your own wood), outdoor table/ chairs, 2 kayaks, a sun room and a bar overlooking the lake. Inside: WiFi, 75" smart TV (where you can log into your streaming apps) with cable, and PS4. Easy access to Blarney Island for music and fun, and walking distance to the local towny bars and restaurants. The space This is a great place for families. We have a four and five year old so it is very kid friendly! Two of the bedrooms are our kids rooms. With multiple hangout areas (sunroom, bar, deck off the kitchen, hardscape by the water and the dock) you can have separation or everyone can gather in the large living room with plenty of seating. In addition to the 4 bedrooms, there are two comfy futons you can make up as beds in the sun room where so many guests love to sleep. We have the largest and most powerful window unit air conditioning they make (had to have a special outlet installed), so if it is very hot outside you may want to sleep with your bedroom door cracked to let the cold air in. Feel free to use our 2 kayaks that can be found on the hardscape next to the water. Also on the hardscape you will find an outdoor table with chairs and the fire pit. There is an additional 6’ table and extra chairs in the bar you can bring outside to seat more. We have an antique poker table stocked with chips and cards for you to enjoy. Walking distance to convenience and liquor stores and quite a few restaurants and bars. Guest access Staying here is like staying at your brother or sisters house who have a four and five year old when they aren't home. Towels, wash cloths, shampoo & conditioner and body wash is there for your use in all three showers. Dishes, pots and pans, utensils, large and small appliances, gas grill with propane included, coffee maker, sugar, creamer and filters are all included. We don't plan to completely empty our fridge/freezer when we leave since this is our permanent home, so please be respectful and bring your own food (we do consolidate to make sure there is plenty of room for your stuff). The door across from the upstairs bathroom will be locked as that is where we keep our personal things and a bunch of storage; all four bedrooms are in the lower level. The sunroom upstairs has two futons for extra sleeping. Other things to note No fireworks allowed. No confetti allowed. Make sure you stay on our property, especially lakeside. If you are bringing a boat, you should have a fox waterway pass. The Fox Waterway Agency is about one minute from our house. Cops present on chain o' lakes, follow no wake bouy’s and make sure your boat isn’t acting wild (just looking out).
