Guests have use of the entire home - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. The basement is not available. The house has original wood work throughout and has multiple areas to gather. It is in walking distance of Lake Harriet, bike, and boat rentals, many shops and restaurants. Guests have use of the large driveway and backyard. The space Turn of Century home in the safe and walkable Southwest neighborhood of Linden Hills. Large space for family or group, 4 bedrooms. This includes a small twin bedroom on the way to the finished attic. Charming neighborhood with antique shops, lakes and extensive bikewalking trail system, coffee shops, unique restaurants, parks and movie theatre. Rental bikes available nearby. Within 1/2 mile of Lake Harriet and 1 mile of Bde Make Ska (formerly Lake Calhoun) - Beaches, or ice skating, Bandstand, Trolley and Boat rentals. Minneapolis Is connected to the airport by light rail and express bus, with a bus stop 1 block away. Home is in a fun but quiet city neighborhood. Casual and comfortable with a front porch and back yard available. Guest access Entire house - excluding basement with laundry area available upon request. Guests have use of the large driveway and back yard. There is WIFI, AC, a wood burning stove, a charcoal grill and fire pit. Other things to note I have 2 high chairs, a portable crib and a safety rail for the twin bed. Shampoo, hair dryer, iron, and kitchen extras such as condiments and coffee available for use.
