"Self-catering" meaning that guests bring what is needed with the EXCEPTION of the items mentioned in the listing. Please make provision to stock-up on these (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, dish-washing liquid, handwash, body wash) and other necessary items that you will need to enhance your stay. * LFA COUNTRY STORE is the supermarket conveniently at the entrance of the community. The supermarket opening: 8am to 8pm. * The cleaning fee paid at reservation is for the cleaning at check-out. * Housekeeping:- If this needed, cost only US$60 per day. Please request 24hr in advance if needed. * Bath towels and bed-linens ARE PROVIDED but not replenish, hence, the washing machine, clothes pin and a dry-yard to hang wet clothes are provided to assist you with the laundry. Detergent and fabric conditioner is not provided. Please note, face towels/wash rags and beach towels are not provided due to hygiene reasons. Once again, we cannot be held responsible for creepy crawlies such as lizard, other tropical inspects and guests being bitten by any form of insects. *** There are NO beaches in walking distance to the villa: There are FOUR FREE BEACHES 1. Magaritaville Beach Restaurant and Bar is 15 minutes’ drive from the Villa, highly recommended perfect for the entire family, great music and food, it is in Ocho Rios. 2. Priory Beach is 10 minutes’ drive from the property, in the direction heading towards Ocho Rios. 3. Flavour Restaurant Beach is 10 minutes’ drive from the property, in the direction heading towards Montego Bay. 4. Richmond Private beach is 5 minutes’ drive from the property, it has a better bathroom facility, but it tends to have a lot more seaweed on it. *** The villa 15 – 20 minutes’ drive from Ocho Rios, 1-hour drive from Montego Bay Airport and 2 hours’ drive from Kingston Airport. Restaurants, shops and excursions are 5 - 25 minutes’ drive from the property. We are located just off Highway 2000 between the Towns of Priory and Salem. There are 10 flags at the entrance of the community. Coming from Montego Bay airport the flags to the community entrance will be on your right side at the traffic light. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
