Join us in our 2 story home in the downstairs, self-contained, spacious, open plan one bedroom apartment. We are redecorating upstairs at the moment for future rental but for now, we welcome you to a relaxed feeling of modern style living in paradise. This private space offers breathtaking ocean and mountain views from your very own private balcony. All amenities and barbecue also available. The airport, wharf and all amenities are within 2kms radius. The space The apartment is on a 1/2 acre property hillside with beautiful ocean views and lots of privacy. There's plenty of parking space. The apartment is very roomy. with lots of room for storage. Next to the property is a access way good for walking up the hill, where you will experience the fantastic panorama view. Guest access The entire downstairs apartment with private balcony and front yard area is exclusively yours. Upstairs and the backyard of the house we use for our own home and will be in use as we undertake some basic redecorating. Other things to note The house is located on a beautiful hill, great for views and walking but may be a little difficult to navigate for the first time on a scooter. We encourage road safety and are happy to give pointers so that you feel confident scooting up and down to the house if you wish.
