Cozy Coastal Cottage

Our 2 bedroom 1 bath home is a cute little beachy home by the sea . Our home is in a little inter-coastal community on the Indian River. There are many parks just up the road. We are 5 miles from historic New Smyrna Beach (Canal District) and less than 7 miles from the beach entrance. To make beach going easier, umbrella, chairs, cooler and sand-toys are here for your enjoyment. The space Our coastal cottage is steps away from the Scenic Byway of the Indian River. Short drive or bike to city parks with sandy beaches, pavilions , a place to kayak , fish, swim , or just read a book. We are less than 7 miles from New Smyrna beach, 5 miles from Canal Street and not far from Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Daytona Beach, Cape Canaveral Seashore. Combine the best of the beaches with tourist attractions - just an hour from Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld. Guest access Guests will have full access to entire house. This includes patio, kitchen driveway, and car port Other things to note There is no cable. There is a Roku and plenty of downloaded streaming apps, some are logged in and others that you can log in for your personal enjoyment. Please note: This is a home in a quiet family neighborhood.
