We’re so glad you clicked—seriously, great decision already 😉 What started as one oceanfront villa back in 2019 has grown into our own little Caribbean hideaway: a boutique property with the original villa plus three private casitas, each with its own plunge pool (because sharing is overrated on vacation). None of this would exist without guests like you, and we’re incredibly grateful. We’ve been proud Airbnb Superhosts every quarter since opening thanks to amazing guests who come here to relax, reconnect, and fully unplug (or at least pretend to between WiFi sessions 😄). 🏡 The Spaces: 🌊 The Villa (Sleeps 4) Our original oceanfront villa is the heart of Añoranza. Designed across two levels to maximize privacy and those unreal views, it features: • 2 king suites, each with en suite bathrooms • A third full bathroom off the main living area • Open-concept indoor/outdoor living with sliding glass walls • A stunning infinity pool just steps from the living room • Full kitchen, dining for 8, outdoor grill + bar area • Every room, even the showers, has a view of the Caribbean. Not kidding. 🌴 Casita 1 (Built 2021): Located just east of the villa, Casita 1 is perfect for couples looking for privacy with a little extra charm: • Open-concept king bed + living space + full kitchen • Bathroom with double vanity + two-person shower • Oversized patio with hammock (dangerously easy to nap in) • Private plunge pool for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails • Washer/dryer for longer stays 🌴 Casita 2 (Built 2024): Our newest addition, located just west of the villa, offers the same laid-back luxury with a slightly more modern feel: • Open-concept king bed, living area, and full kitchen • Spacious bathroom with a shower you may not want to leave • Large deck with lounge chairs + private plunge pool • Front-row views of the reef from nearly every angle 🌊 The Añoranza Experience: From the moment you walk in and see the reef, everything slows down. Every space was designed to showcase the endless shades of Caribbean blue—and make you forget what day it is. You’ll have everything you need: • Fiber optic WiFi (yes, Zoom works and your background will win) • Smart TVs + music setup (Spotify > Pandora here) • Full kitchens or let Dalia, your on-site concierge & private chef, handle everything ☀️ Ocean Access & Adventure: Take the scenic stairway down through the trees (with a few “pause and take it in” spots along the way) to: • A 200-ft dock with seating areas • 4 Complimentary kayaks to explore the reef and mangroves • 2 Paddle boards available for rent 🌴 The Vibe (Important to Know): This is the quiet, authentic east side of Roatán and not a party destination. Think barefoot, laid-back, real Caribbean. • No walkable restaurants (but great spots nearby by kayak or short drive) • Perfect for disconnecting, relaxing, and spending time together • Pack light: swimsuits, flip flops, and a good playlist 🌿 A Thoughtful Stay: We’re eco-conscious and appreciate your help: No extra electricity charges (rare on the island) Water is from our well. Please conserve • Cleaning + fresh linens every 7 days for longer stays ⚠️ A Quick Note: There are quite a few steps on the property, worth it for the views, but important to know. Guest access 🏡 Guest Access: During your stay, you’ll have full private access to your reserved space whether that’s the Villa, Casita 1, or Casita 2 so you can settle in and make it your own. Guests also have access to the shared oceanfront amenities, including: • The scenic stairway to the water (with a few great photo stops along the way 📸) • Our 200-ft dock with seating areas perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset drinks • 4 Complimentary kayaks to explore the reef and mangroves • 2 Paddle boards available • Each casita includes its own private plunge pool and outdoor space, while the villa features its infinity pool and indoor/outdoor living areas. Dalia, your on-site concierge, lives on the property and is available if needed but your space and privacy are always respected.
