The pricing is for 1 BED/BATH, can add 2nd bed/baths for a fee. I use this listing to fill gaps-mid week-when the larger listing isn't rented and PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST PEAK WEEKENDS/HOLIDAY more than two weeks in advance. Steps away from the villages best coffee shops, bakeries, ice cream, restaurants, breakfast spots, shopping, village square, scenic train station, ice skating, rec center, North Conway Country Club, and more. Less then a mile to Cranmore MT with activities for all season. The space PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST WEEKENDS, PEAK TIMES, HOLIDAYS, as we will need to decline and prefer to book the larger listing for this house. The entire house is a 6 bedrooms home that we rent to larger groups, when its vacant, mid week, I will offer the 1 bedroom to fill gaps and the pricing is for cleaning and using linens for 1 BEDROOM and 2 GUESTS. No other guests will be in the house. If you would like to use an additional master bedroom/bathroom, or have additional guest, we can adjust the price to reflect the additional cost for cleaning, supplying linens, etc. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS< EVENTS with out prior approval PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee. The house has surveillance camera's of the exterior and I trust you to only allow the guests registered and the rooms reserved. Each King has it's own Master bath, and if you use the bunk room, it has its own bath as well. All cozy clean linens, beds, furnishing. Great large yard, hot tub, parking, basket ball hoop in driveway, back porch, front patio, directly in the village. Views of Cranmore from the property. You will have the whole house to yourself, but require you only use the rooms rented, for cleaning costs. Guest access Entire house to yourself, hot tub, Master Bedroom on the 1st floor, laundry, front living room, full kitchen and additional bedrooms upon request/approval/payment. Other things to note Since AIRBNB doesn't offer seasonality pricing like other sites, I may need to adjust your rate depending on when your booking to reflect those changes. Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $50, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
