You and your guest are invited to use and enjoy the living room and patio as well, BUT... what's better is my schedule, you will hardly see me during your entire stay from Thursday through Sunday because I do Uber those days, very late (Thur-Sat), and in the evening on Sunday, so I come home (very quietly) almost always after guests have gone to bed, and wake up, most mornings, long after they've enjoyed their morning coffee & tea and left out on their morning adventures. Quite often, I only see guests when I greet and show them the home or in very brief passing on my early evening break. So you're virtually getting a "Private Home" for the price of only "Private Rooms"! I believe you will agree with all of my previous guest (please see their feedback), choosing this listing for your stay is the equivalent of choosing a 5-Star accommodation! Why stay anywhere else? My home is not childproof, so it is not suitable for any children under 12. As stated in the "Details" section in the app, I do have one medium sized dog that is an inside dog (she's completely potty trained, even has her own doggie door to freely go outside to do her "business"). She is a complete sweetheart and a very calm type of dog (that sleeps A LOT!), but also loves attention and to play if someone wants to. Virtually everyone who has stayed at my home has fallen in love with her instantly! I did want to make one side note comment on my pet, I keep my pet and her bedding VERY clean, she's not allowed on the furniture or even upstairs by the bedrooms area. My dog is not a begger at mealtimes (she is not allowed to have table food). She will go lay down, away from someone if told to do so. I clean and sterilize my home for a minimum of 3.5 hours before every guest arrives, the home and pet is virtually spotless (and there are no lingering pet odors), however if you're not a pet lover and/or don't like animals inside the home, this listing is not the best fit for your search. **REGARDING Rate DISCOUNTS** I offer special discounts on my listing, which is automatically built in, if you book a 3rd or 4th day and not just a Friday & Saturday stay. If you price just the F & S, two day stay, you'll see the price drops nicely if you add a 3rd day, and substantially if you add a 4th day Thursday through Sunday! To receive these special discounts, all days must be booked at the same time. These discounts do not apply to the Sunday of a three day, holiday weekend, but do for the Thursday before one, and if I have it available the Monday of that holiday weekend. Very special holiday periods (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Tequila Sunrise, etc.) are priced as listed, but even then, you will see the rates discount if you extend your stay. Guest access The livingroom and patio are "Shared" spaces that you are welcome to use and enjoy. I have a refrigerator in the primary bedroom for your personal use and convenience. Please ask for pricing. ***WARNING*** The various LE agencies in Flagstaff STRICLY enforce Arizona's ZERO Tolerance for drinking and driving (meaning blowing anything above 0.00!). This means even a few sips of a drink can get a full DUI! Please NEVER risk driving after drinking even the slightest amount, it's never worth the risk! We have a good Uber and Lyft presence, even during the afternoons. I've never had a guest get a DUI while staying here and don't want you to be the first!
