Oceanfront two bedroom condo, located at the Sapphire Beach Resort. Located on the 7th floor, over looking the ocean as well as the bay. A small beach is located at the resort for a quick dip or a walk. Sapphire is located in Cupecoy, one of most beautiful parts of the island. Located about 10 minutes from Princess Juliana Airport. And a 5 minute drive to the best beach on the island Mullet Bay beach. The space The two bedroom condo offers full kitchenette, two bathrooms and two balconies with views of the ocean and bay. 1 king bed in the master and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. Guest access Pool, gym, beach access ( small area but swimmable) Other things to note You will have access to the concierge who can help you with your island activities. WiFi may be spotty on windy days. The island winds tend to slow it down. It’s free throughout the resort. St Martin was hit terribly by hurricane Irma. They are rebuilding the Island. You will notice construction around the island. The restaurants and stores are open. The island still offers great beauty and first class beaches. Restaurants are back into full service. 6/2024-Just an FYI- there are Rolling blackouts SXM. what this means is that there are a measure of demand response if the demand for electricity exceeds the power supply capability of the network. Rolling blackouts may be localised to a specific part of the electricity network, or they may be more widespread and affect entire area. There is a backup generator at the resort.
