Amidst rolling hills and forestry in County Wicklow, this delightful, spacious and bright 5 bedroom house is set in a very special environment of a beautiful 1840 courtyard, formerly a Victorian Model farm on the historical Earl Fitzwilliam Estate. The space There is a private car park and private house entrance. There is a dining area in the sitting and another dining area in the kitchen. A wood burning stove & central heating.All accommodation is on one level. The house has a well equipped kitchen. The house has 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms have a private en-suite, 2 bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.. There is also another toilet/sink cloakroom in the hallway. The kitchen has a large fridge with smaller freezer compartment. There is a microwave, toaster, kettle good size oven with 5 gas hobs, plenty of dishes and glasses, mugs etc. *There is no coffee machine but there is a coffee plunger. The house is oil central heated. Guest access Car is essential - rural location - no public transport Other things to note Oil fired central heating for heating and hot water will not be charged unless your use of heating is above a normal average usage. If this is exceeded then a charge may be applied.
