The space A simple, rustic, totally private property, to call your own and enjoy in peace all that it can offer, a property with about 140 m of built area, airy environment with simple but complete kitchen with table for 10 people, country kitchen with wood stove and table for 8 people, two bedrooms with ceiling fan, large living room 3 environments, SKY basic channels TV, bed, sofa bed and mattresses for 10 guests, two bathrooms, surrounded by a balcony with several hammocks to enjoy the beautiful landscape, a small rustic outdoor fireplace to enjoy the fire while appreciating the moonlight, private pool with natural water, changed with every new stay! Guest access We have private parking for 5 vehicles, easy access 300 meters from the main road, access by public transport, the property is 14 km from the center of São Francisco Xavier, 40 km from São José dos Campos, quiet dirt road for hiking and bike rides, a river passing in front, with the possibility for fishing and bathing activities, close to several tourist attractions, such as Cachoeira do Roncador, which is a leisure center with natural pools, Cachoeira and a restaurant that is about 800 meters away.
