The house is made with an architecture very much in keeping with the environment. It has all the amenities, Light, Water, Electricity, Wifi, DirecTV (prepaid). 3 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed and two bunk beds (4 people) + loft for 2 additional people each. 3 full bathrooms. MTB, Trekking, Great Cooking and Resting. The nightly rate is designed for 12 people but if the group is smaller, we can make a discount depending on the number of rooms required. The space This is a 30-hectare property, located in the province of Bolivar. On the farm we produce lambs, organic fertilizers and corn. Rates apply for 12 Guests. Each additional Guest pays 35 Dollars per night. Guest access You have access to the whole house. You can't operate the farm machinery Other things to note The trip from Quito takes about 4.5 hours and you will pass through the most beautiful paramos of Ecuador (Cotopaxi and Chimborazo). If you come from Guayaquil, it takes a maximum of 2.30 hours. The route is Quito, Ambato, Guaranda and San Pablo de Atenas and Pumamaqui. From Guayaquil, it is a 158 km trip.
