(Note: AC/Heater will automatically turn off if it detects excessive output due to Open Windows). Bathroom Please don't dispose feminine products or foreign objects to the toilet; instead, please dispose the waste to the trash can prepared next to it. Swimming Pool/Spa Jacuzzi Please read the instruction sign posted in the swimming pool area. 35,000 gallon salt system pool is heated by solar panel (depends on weather) and Spa jacuzzi takes time to heat up so please text (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) to reserve your time to use so there won’t be a time conflict with other guests. Spa jacuzzi is 2 hours max daily and swimming pool is open 8am to 10pm. Kitchen Please don’t leave the food on the table as it will attract ants. The kitchen is well-equipped with all utensils, pots/pans/plates. The cleaning products are under the sink cabinet. Please clean up before checking out. Please put everything back the same when you checked in. Trash Please dispose all trash in to the Big Gray Trash Can. Recycled materials into the Big Blue Trash can inside the parking space next to the Fence. If you need to use the home resort facility after dark, please notify property management to set up the lighting for you. Please put all the balls/clubs/equipments back to where they belong and clean up after use. All the home resort facility and amenity are ONLY for registered check in guests.
