Rock City House is a PRIVATE home that sleeps 4 located within Corte del Norte. Corte del Norte is a compound of 3 houses in the heart of Marfa. Our outdoor spaces are unparalleled in Marfa! In the shared courtyard is a stock tank "pool", adobe and glass "dining shed" with a FIREPLACE, billiards room, outdoor sofa and dining under a pergola and fire pits. Perfect for two people or large groups. Contact us for event policies. The space The Rock City House has one bedroom, a sectional sofa made with two twin mattresses in the living room, one bath and kitchen. This home sleeps 4 comfortably. The outdoor spaces are unparalleled at Corte del Norte. We promise, you'll want to be outside all the time! We have added a small exercise room with rowing machine, yoga mats, exercise bands and a Power Tower (Pull Up Bar Dip Station). Our guests have access to our electric bikes. Please note that Marfa services are VERY slim so if the last guest left the bike with a flat, it might be a challenge to fix or we might not even know. It's a great place for parties and events. Guest access You'll have access to our lush and expansive courtyard including a stock tank "pool", semi-outdoor billiards room, glass and adobe “dining shed” and other outdoor living and dining spaces. Corte del Norte is perfect for groups plus each house has its own private outdoor space. Corte del Norte has given it's guests exclusive access to TWO electric bikes in addition to a small EXERCISE ROOM that has been added with rowing machine, yoga mats, exercise bands and a Power Tower (Pull Up Bar Dip Station). Please note that services are slim to none in Marfa so if the bikes are in need of repair from the last guest we might not even know and it might take a while to repair. Para Llevar, a take-out restaurant on the block, has an outdoor dining area that shares a fence with Corte del Norte...which makes is very convenient for FAST pizzas and margaritas! Plus guests have access to a washer and dryer! Other things to note We keep you stocked with Big Bend Coffee Roasters coffee for your stay while at Corte del Norte (hint, hint... you can buy it from The Get Go if you'd like to take some home). Even though we try to keep our pantries and fridges empty we know it's hard to buy for short periods so help yourself to any food or beverages in the house. We also have Marfa Brand Soap for your use.
