There is also one desk/work space located in the loft area. Guest access Condo includes a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms (one located upstairs and one located on the main level). Everything you need includes bedding, towels, cookware, coffee maker, blender and dishes all right at your finger tips, wireless high-speed internet and 140 chanel cable, and work space located in the loft area. There is also a community pool and hot tub available for your pleasure during the summer season. Other things to note **THIS IS A NO SMOKING UNIT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. IF THERE IS SMOKING THERE WILL BE A $300.00 FEE AND A REMOVAL FROM THE PREMISES. ***The hot tub and pool are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Any stay over 1 week may be charged an additional $50 per week cleaning fee. The property is very safe with security cameras located in the common areas and parking lots. Garages are available for an additional $10.00 per night upon request.
