Private small fenced yard. Utilities, WIFI, use of laundry room included. Guest access This is a private casita adjoining my home. You'll have private entry through your semi-private yard area. The casita's gated yard has a covered portal, coyote fencing, xeriscaped landscaping, flower bed, wisteria covered arbor and an umbrella table. Other things to note I live next door and have a miniature poodle pup and 9 chickens
