This tiny home (375 sq ft) is a historically designated craftsman home in the Sherman Heights Neighborhood of San Diego. About one mile from Balboa park & Downtown, you have access to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, farmers markets, theater, museums, shopping, beaches, and more. San Diego International Airport is 4 miles away, about 8 minutes by car. Uber is approx $8-10 USD one way from the airport. Convention Center is 2.1 miles away. 8 minutes by car, 30 minute walk. Uber approx $8-9. The space This lovely little place (about 375 sq ft) is a two room cottage with a full kitchen, bathroom, and separate bedroom. Keyless entry so no keys to worry about. (Code will be given prior to arrival.) You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay. The main room offers a full kitchen, small table space for dining, and a fold-down sofa to hang out and watch Netflix/Hulu if you'd like. This small space is cozy for two. The comfortable queen sized bed in the separate bedroom will provide a good nights rest after you've spent the day exploring San Diego. There is a large, private outdoor space in the back off the bedroom to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, a good book, or a great conversation. Sip it while rocking on the porch swing. Grocery Store (Albertsons) about six blocks away. WalMart also close by. Liquor Store across the street with a small selection of basic supplies. Taco stand pop-up across the street next to the liquor store on select days. Their homemade tacos and salsas are very tasty. Professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays for your well-being and safety. Guest access You have the entire cottage, front porch, and enclosed back porch to yourself.
