Dog Friendly Cottage w/ pool, great for work/play!

This cute cottage is conveniently located in Seabrook - halfway between Houston & Galveston. This sits on a property that is a little over a 1/2 acre. The main house is next door. The cottage is completely detached & has its own small fenced backyard. Feel like you're in the country yet just a hop & a skip to the highway. Guests love being so close to amazing restaurants, bars, live music, shops & beaches! It's a great "homebase" for your vacation or if you're traveling for work! The space This property is located in a small neighborhood that's great for walks and Seabrook's extensive trail system is just 2 minutes away. The backyard of the property feels nice and secluded and is a great place to relax! We are 5 minutes away from Seabrook's El Jardin Beach, 40 minutes from Minute Maid Park and Houston, and approx. a 50 minute drive down to Galveston. I'm happy to provide suggestions for attractions in our area - there's so many to choose from! One bedroom roomy Cottage with a queen bed and futon in the bedroom sleeps up to 3. *If you need to use the futon as a bed we set it up for you in the living room . This totally private Cottage is set up for short term or longer term stays with a desk & work area, closet space, fully stocked kitchen and stacking washer/dryer. Nice open concept for kitchen and living room gives this apartment a very comfy, spacious feel! Please pay attention to the pictures - the toilet area in the bathroom is on the small & cozy side :). Luxurious jetted bathtub with rain shower head is divine! Designated parking space right in front of the apartment. Wifi is included and both TVs have Roku. There is ethernet high speed internet access and a desk if you're traveling for work. **Please check out our other listings -- there is also a tiny house available on the same property! But BONUS - just step thru the back gate and you are also welcome to enjoy the inground pool w/ waterfall and relaxing deck area that is common to the main house and the tiny house! There's even a hammock behind the pool for relaxing afternoon naps. There's also a gas fire pit behind the pool that is shared with the tiny house. We do live in the main house - but we work a lot and give our guests plenty of space and privacy! The Cottage is directly next door to the main house in its own separate detached building. The pool is in the back (shared with the whole property) and there is a tiny house back behind the pool that is also available on Airbnb.
