Hill Country Sunsets

Located 4 miles west of Interstate 10 near Mountain Home, TX, the cottage is decorated in the southwest style and has great view. Sunsets are magical and on full display. Two full baths have walk in showers. Living area is spacious with tv and WIFI Kitchen is fully equipped and offers a Keurig coffee maker. The covered deck is great for morning coffee to watch birds, black buck antelope, White Tail and Axis deer. A dedicated fire pit with outdoor seating. Enjoy sunsets and stars. The space We are a top a hill that abounds with wild life. There are many walking paths to exercise or just enjoy nature. Great fire pit with excellent views. We are in the arid Texas Hill Country. We have scheduled pest control. But, changing weather patterns bring out the spiders, scorpions, mosquitos, flies, snakes and other critters. We live in the country and this is a part of country life. Other things to note If you are from a sheltered city setting the Texas Hill Country may not be your best choice to visit. We take extra care to make your stay enjoyable. Part of our country charm is all that nature has to offer. Unfortunately we don’t get to pick and choose.
