The space Our sunny, colourful, creatively inspired apartment is in a typical Montreal triplex in the HEART our AMAZING CITY! Our apartment is a spacious 950 square feet (88+ square meters), and has a HUGE BACKYARD filled with lush greenery (rare for downtown!). We're on the border between downtown and the vibrant Plateau, and just a few minute walk to most of our city's most sought after attractions! Our fully stocked apartment has two closed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed, and a fold out futon in the living room- we can sleep six total! The apartment also has a small office nook, a large and fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat in, a modern bathroom, laundry facilities (washer/dryer) and a HUGE BACKYARD GARDEN with and lush greenery! Here you will find yourself in the centre of the city, WALKING DISTANCE TO MONTREAL'S GREATEST ATTRACTIONS-- Quartier des Spectacles, the site for our non-stop summer festival season, including Jazz Fest, Just for Laughs, African Nights and Francofolies. You'll be one block from the Grand Prix celebrations, near Swartz’s deli and its famous smoked meat sandwiches, close to the historic old port and Chinatown, walking distance to Montreal's museums and shopping and near Mount Royal mountain and park.
