The space This apartment is a 2nd floor 1,600 square foot flat with a separate, secure entrance with dedicated off-street parking in our paved lot. There is a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove, microwave oven and dishwasher. The kitchen was completely remodeled in January 2020. A separate eating area can seat 9 people. The apartment has 4 bedrooms: three bedrooms with queen bedroom sets with plush mattresses, and a fourth bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed set with Serta mattresses. The linens are softest available to pamper you when away from home, and firm, medium or soft pillows are available with spares available in each bedroom. The bathroom has an over-sized shower/whirlpool tub combo for your enjoyment. The bathroom was also remodeled in January 2020. The living room has a 42" flat-screen TV with cable access and large open area for seating. Netflix is also available. There is heating/central air conditioning for your comfort with a separate, dedicated thermostat for this apartment. The property also has a large grassy area next to the parking lot with a gazebo with table and chairs. A BBQ grill is also available (see owner for use). There are many things to see and do in the area. Niagara Falls is within a 30-minute drive with many sights and things to do. The Botanical Gardens, Our Lady of Victory Basilica National Shrine and golfing are within walking distance. Within a 20-minute drive, we have The HighMark Stadium for Buffalo Bills football, Key Bank Center for the Sabres hockey, Bandits lacrosse and concerts, Buffalo Canalside for concerts and access to water activities, Riverwork's Entertainment Center, shopping at the Galleria and Quaker Crossing Centers, and parks for hiking, beaches and biking (Chestnut Ridge Park, Woodlawn State Park and beach, Safe Harbor State Park for boating, and Tiff Nature Preserve). Ski resorts are within an easy 45 minute drive. Guest access This 2nd floor flat is a complete apartment with a separate secure entry.
