NOTE: My place is close to the airport, public transport, and the city center. You’ll love my place because of the coziness. Pool can be out of service without prior notice. Needless to say if we are aware we will notify you prior to your stay. Guest access house is all yours but gardens and pool belong to all the neighbors. Pets No pets upstairs allowed. No cats or hippos allowed and all dogs must be leashed in the common areas and gardens. Check out If you check out later without written permit by us through the platform, the cleaning crew might not be able to clean and we will have pay for a third party crew resulting in a extra charge of up to 100 usd Extra Guests If you would like to stay with more guests then you booked for please request change through the platform prior to check in. You request is only a request and we don't guarantee that we will accept your request even though the house is listed for more guests there are several factors we take in account prior to accepting your reservation . if we allow you to stay with the extra guests we either accept your request or send you a special offer which might differ from the standard rates for additional guests. Check in Check is between 2 and 6. If this does not suit this let us know prior to booking and we can make special arrangements. If you don't show up between the hours of check in and on check in day you can request a new check in time but this is not always granted or there might be an additional check in fee up between 25 and 100 usd depending on staff availability and the time your requested a change.
