Villa de la Sable includes two air conditioned bedrooms, one upstairs bathroom, one downstairs bathroom, living/dining rooms, kitchen, and a large balcony right off of the bedrooms. Located steps away from the main entrance is a private thatched roof gazebo, perfect spot for an afternoon nap. Both Villa de la Sable and Villa de l’Ocean share grounds including pool, Jacuzzi, large sun deck, and colorful flower gardens. The villas share access to the same reef protected beach providing a safe place for swimming snorkeling, and fishing weather dependent. Petrina will prepare breakfast and dinner for you each day, you just reimburse her for the cost of the food. Treasure Tours manages Villa de la Sable. A representative will be at the property to greet guests upon arrival. They will also check in with guests during their stay just making sure all is well and answer and questions they might have. There is a phone at the property and Wifi so Treasure Tours can be contacted anytime 24/7 if you have any questions or issues. Treasure Beach, the Home of Community Tourism, is made up of a string of fishing villages located along the less "touristy" desert South Coast of Jamaica. Sparkling Waters is located in the village of Billy's Bay where you can observe the comings and goings of the local fishermen. We encourage you to walk down to the fishing beach and watch all the activities surrounding the boats being unloaded of their colorful catch of the day. Treasure Beach as a whole offers a few local restaurants and rum bars, craft and grocery shops and of course public beaches where you can always find a bar filled with cold Red Stripes and good conversations. However, there are a few other options for getting around town. There are bicycles and scooters for rent or you can call Treasure Tours for taxi service. The cost for scooters is $40 US per day per scooter or $35 US per day for rentals 3 days or more. Scooter tours are available. If you are not into bicycles or scooters and need a ride into town Treasure Tours can arrange for one of our drivers to pick you up. For round town trips we usually recommend giving the driver a tip of around $20 US depending on where you want to go and how many persons in your party. *Villa de la Sable and *Villa de l'Ocean are located on the same property.
