Bathroom with shower and toilet, and a small hallway with a closet. Just a few meters from the studio, there is a heated outdoor saltwater pool with a counter-current system. In winter, there is a Finnish sauna. All of that in a large garden on the outskirts of a small town. The space Located within an enclosed complex with its own parking lot, there are two apartments and two studios. In the garden, you will find a heated outdoor saltwater pool with a counter-current system and a shower, as well as a traditional Finnish sauna. There is also a built-in fire pit, a grill, a trampoline, a children's swing, a sandbox, and swings for children. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. By prior arrangement, a common room equipped with a TV, mobile tables, chairs, and a kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction stovetop, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining sets, etc.) is available for larger groups. The entire property is fully fenced = good news for children, parents, and dog owners :-) Other things to note There are a few steps to enter the studio – see photo. Guests may be asked to pay a refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 per suite. The refundable security deposit serves as a guarantee of the return of the apartment with undamaged equipment. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay. The use of the Finnish sauna has a fee of 500 CZK/ 60 minutes.
