Residential complex facing the sea, Suite 203 is an apartment located on the ground floor just a few steps from the best beach of the Pacific Riviera in Panama. The residential complex has large green areas and various social areas, swimming pools, ranch beds on the sand very close to the beach, reclining beds and chairs to rest and spend it phenomenal. The space Comfortable and beautiful apartment of 80 mts2. for two adults, located on the ground floor, with comfortable terrace overlooking the ocean and beautiful green areas, full kitchen, spacious room and spacious bathroom with all the comforts to make your stay pleasant. Please take care of it as there is an additional cost to be stained or damaged to be able to replenish it. -Once the supplies are finished, there are no replacements. Guest access * Guests will be able to use the social and common areas of the residential complex, enjoy the pool, lounge on the beds near the pool and relax on the ranch beds and chairs near the beach. * Two miles from the Complex, there is a shopping center located with supermarket, various shops, pharmacy, car rental, etc. Other things to note ESTIMATED GUEST SERVICE: * Input replacement is not included. * Additional toilet and laundry, must be coordinated with the administration who will indicate the rates that must be covered by each guest directly with the administration. * The apartment does not have BBQ and it is not allowed to do it in it either. (If you wish to do barbecues, you can check with the complex management to get a BBQ and they will tell you the special barbecue area.) * Stays of more than one month and/or with discounts: Extra charge will be applied for electricity consumption at the rate of $10.00 per day for the total number of nights booked, it will be charged in full upon arrival. * Pets are not allowed in this apartment, however in case of violating this rule will be charged $50.00 USD per pet per night stay. * 2 adults may stay in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will be charged an additional charge of US$50.00 per person, per night.
