Speneplex Royal Country Cottage

The Speneplex Royal Cottage is nestled in the luscious, cool rural district of Swaby’s Hope in Spur Tree Hill, Mandeville, Manchester. We are located 15 minutes from the town of Mandeville and 30 minutes from the world renown Little Ochi in Alligator Pond, St. Elizabeth. The Speneplex boosts indigenous and Afrocentric arts to create a Royal theme. You can enjoy the seasonal fruits such as oranges, apples, bananas, plantains, jackfruits, and avocados on the property. The space The Speneplex although in a rural community, we ensure that guests have a spa like experience with the use of warm/cold jet shower or Jacuzzi. Guest access The Speneplex is a split level seven bedroom house. Guest will have exclusive access to the top level with four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lower level is occupied by our property manager and entertainment coordinator. Occasionally, when a chef is needed, he/she will use the lower level as well. Our onsite staff are responsible to assist guests to gain access and resolve issues that my arise during guest stay to assure their comfort during their stay
