Our fully landscaped lot includes a private pool, indoor and outdoor living areas, hammocks and lounge chairs. Hot water and ceiling fans throughout the house. The space Our casa can be rented entirely or can be rented individualy as 2 apartments. 1 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private kitchen, the other as a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and private kitchen. If you rent individualy, you will share the property and pool with other guests. Free wifi. (Ac is not included in rental price, ceiling fans and floor fans in each bedroom) Other things to note Air conditioning is available at extra cost $$$, it is not included in rental price. Please ask price before rental so you don't get any surprises. The house cleaning is done twice weekly. If needed more often, the cleaning can be done for an extra 300 pesos. Our gardener is around the house 3 days a week to take care of the property, clean the pool and water the plants.
