Villa Las Gravileas Santa Clara House

Casa Santa Clara is inside the Santa Clara Estate. We built it as our recreational home, a place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and be in contact with nature, with the comforts of a country house. It has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. With wide corridors, gardens and two wooden decks, a kiosk with barbecue and a pergola where you will enjoy being outdoors. The property is 4 blocks of coffee and fruit trees. The space At Casa Santa Clara you will enjoy a comfortable space to relax, you can walk along trails, listen to the birds and enjoy an outdoor experience, typical of a coffee farm. We recommend taking advantage of outdoor spaces such as the spacious corridors, wooden decks or pergola and gardens for breakfast and lunch outdoors. Guest access Inside the house there are 3 bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms have a queen size bed each, so 6 people can sleep comfortably. The other bathroom is between bedrooms 2 and 3. Both bathrooms have hot water showers. There is a living room with very comfortable sofas and a dining set for 6 people. The kitchen is adjacent to the house and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and cooking utensils. You will have a full set of dishes, glasses, and cutlery for six people You will have furniture for the terrace and folding tables in case you want to eat your food outside. Which we highly recommend. We have a kiosk with a bar area, sink, and a large barbecue with a gas system, so you can enjoy the company while preparing your roast. In the garden you will find a pergola, under which we suggest you eat your food and enjoy the outdoors and the view. Other things to note No smoking inside of the house. Pets are not allowed, nor are other people who exceed the number of guests allowed (maximum occupancy 6 people). Parties are not allowed, and we recommend that you be careful with the garbage by depositing it in the respective bags. In the adjacent villages of Salcoatitán and Juayúa there is a wide variety of gastronomic offerings. In Juayúa there is even a Despensa Familiar and a Selectos Supermarket in case you need to buy something.
