The space The ground floor can accommodate most if not all of your needs. Very spacious, open and bright. It's set up like a rancher everything you need is on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor is where you will stay in a private suite with a sea view balcony and private bathroom . The owners also reside on the property There is a deck upstairs with sea view; accessible from the pool table/ bar area located on the 1st floor. We do a fun private dinner party for you and/or your group on the deck, when you are leaving no problem... Guest access Guest have access to the entire 1st floor which is 10,000 sq.ft. Plenty of playing,eating and entertainment areas. Outside has lots of fruit tree, feel free to pick something in season. We have Ackee, avocado, breadfruit, bananas, cherry June plum, limes, honey bananas, plantains, mangos and sour sop to name a few. Enjoy being outside - have the helper get fresh fish from sea side and have the gardener roast or fry it outside on a wood fire. So delicious... A continental breakfast is included During your stay It is totally up to the guest . If they need us for anything we'll be there for them. If not no problems Other things to note We do not allow children under 10 year old on property. Also no cooking allowed. You shop and we’ll prepare your meals, no problem.
