This lovely three-bedroom single-bathroom unit is set in lush gardens right in the heart of beautiful Kokopo town. Close to the market, shops and restaurants, it is the perfect base when visiting East New Britain Province. A home away from home for families, friends or business travellers. The space This fully self-contained unit is one of three (all Airbnb short stays) on the property. The entire property is secured by high fences, a locked entrance gate and a night guard who lives on the property. Solar power has been installed as backup power. The large open plan living area contains two lounges, a dining table and a fully functional kitchen which has the basics for guests to self-cater. The master bedroom (plus the living area) is cooled by air conditioners and the entire unit, including the second and third bedrooms have fans. Guests also enjoy a private entrance plus a balcony off the living space which is complete with outdoor furniture. All linen is supplied, and a washing machine is available for guest use. A bassinet is available in additional to the listed beds. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all rooms within the unit (including the balcony) plus the outdoor spaces directly underneath (i.e. the car park, downstairs toilet and clotheslines) and around the unit (i.e. fenced garden area including outdoor clothesline). Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: • This is a residential area NO PARTIES • No chewing of buai on the property • No smoking inside • Overnight guest limits are strictly applied (Additional guests will be asked to leave by security.) • NO WIFI TV – There is a TV in the unit which can only be used with the Digicel Playbox (supplied). You will need to purchase a plan during your stay. ELECTRICITY – We pay for the first K100 then you are responsible for the power used for the remainder of your stay. After booking we provide you with the meter number plus, we can assist you with any purchases. SUPPLIES – We provide bedding, towels and a starter pack including hand soap, body wash, some dishwashing and laundry power, and the kitchen basics such as sugar, tea and coffee. These consumables are not designed to last your entire stay, as we are not a serviced apartment. CLEANING – We offer a weekly clean and linen change for stays longer than a week.
