North Forest Beach is place to be for a family vacation. Located .7 of a mile from Coligny Plaza via bike trails or car. Walk a few steps to best beaches on the island. Enjoy private yard, large pool. Self check in. Code will be provided. During peak months of May, June, July, August and September the house rental periods are only from Saturday to Saturday. Pool heat for fee. This house has all rooms on one level, no steps to enter and is very wheel chair friendly. Wifi 300/30 mbps. The space House is 2400 square feet all on one level. Suitable for families. No outside step to get in to house. No smoking, pet free. No allergens. New pool heater this year and fresh inside paint job. New pool lounge chairs and upgraded wifi. In the summer months of June, July and August, house rents for full weeks, Saturday to Saturday. If you prefer a shorter stay, please come in May or September when we have more flexibility. Guest access Guest have access to entire house and private yard. Other things to note RENTAL RULES 1.Smoking is NOT allowed. 2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3.This house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5.Only use appliances for their intended uses 6.Pets are NOT allowed. 7.Parking: Parking is limited to 3 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. 9.Fireplace: The fireplace is wood burning. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. 10.Water and Septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $300. 11.Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: •The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or •A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. •The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period. 12.Kitchen Disposal: The kitchen disposal is intended for very limited use due to grade, elevation, and a dated neighborhood sewage infrastructure. Please do not dispose of large fruit rinds and vegetable waste in the kitchen disposal. 13.Pool: Pool is for use of registered guest. No diving allowed. Guests are prohibited from swimming alone. Please do not add chemicals or touch the cleaning equipment. 14.Linens: The house comes with high quality white linens that are provided by an outside service. Due to concerns about discoloration, please do not launder provided linens. In the event of discoloration due to laundering, a fee will be charged to you by our linen service. 15.Fire Pit: There is a fire pit in addition to the outdoor grill. In the house and on the Town of Hilton Head website are the town rules for fire pit use that must be followed. You must call the burn line and inform them of use of the fire pit and extend hose to fire pit area. END of DOCUMENT
