Arbnb Management only allows listings as "Whole House" or "Shared". This arbnb is a completely separate floor (with its own separate entrance) that is not by definition "shared". So as to alleviate any confusion: This arbnb is the lower level/floor of this house. The owner lives upstairs and will never come downstairs unless requested by the guest. Please read the aforementioned prior to booking so that there is absolutely no confusion regarding the listing as 'Whole/Entire House'. The space The entire separate lower level/floor of this house is the Bluff Hideaway arbnb. The only arbnb entrance is via the glass sliding door located on the lower rear deck. The arbnb includes 2 bdrms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen and an adjoining room with a washer and dryer and a spacious great room with a gas fireplace and a brand new 43 inch TV. A brand new propane BBQ is located on the lower deck. The lower rear deck facing west is huge. Due to the close proximity of the house to the bluff (which drops about 300+ feet onto rocks and trees) I recommend caution when venturing close to the bluff's edge. All children shall be supervised by an adult at all times. The owner is not responsible for the safety of the guests and their children as it pertains to the close proximity of the bluff. Guest access The entrance to the arbnb lower level/floor is not through the upper level of the house main entrance. The lower level arbnb access/entrance is via the sliding glass door located on the lower rear deck which faces the bluff. There is an exterior stairway to the right side of the garage which leads around the side of the house to the lower rear deck. The interior stairway leads to the upper level of the house. The door leading to the upper level will be locked at all times and not accessible. The owner lives upstairs and will keep the door leading to the lower floor locked. The lower level arbnb is completely separate from the upper level of the house. The owner will never enter the lower level arbnb unless the guest asks for the owner's assistance. Other things to note Please note the steep slope of the driveway. There is no turn around once you drive down the driveway. There is one parking space mid-level (see pictures) and when exiting you must back down from this mid-level parking to the large 8"X8" post prior to driving back up the steep driveway. Only one car is allowed to park mid-level. Additional cars shall park at the top of the driveway in the additional gravel parking spaces. This neighborhood is very quiet. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO PARTY and HAVE LOUD LATE NIGHT INTO EARLY MORNING PARTIES OR GATHERINGS PLEASE LOOK FOR ANOTHER ARBNB!!! PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED! IF YOU VIOLATE THE HOUSE RULES YOU WILL BE QUICKLY TOLD TO LEAVE! Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. The owner lives upstairs and will always respect his guests in the lower level of the house as it pertains to not disturbing them with being loud. He appreciates and expects the same respect from his guests. Maximum limit for the number of guests is 4. If you exceed 4 people you will be charged an additional $100 per person per night. NO PETS ALLOWED! If you arbitrarily bring a pet without contacting me you will be charged an additional $200 (non refundable)! Please do not block the garage entrance that the owner uses. The Airbnb is the entire separate lower level of the house. The only entrance to this lower level arbnb is via the glass sliding door located on the rear lower deck. Do not attempt to enter via the front door of the house because it will be locked and my German Shepherd always is protecting the upper level of the house.
