Beautiful Guesthouse in Phoenix, AZ

Nestled in the wonderfully cozy Arcadia neighborhood - close to everything - great shopping, golf & restaurants. This spacious studio is brand new and has a gas range, granite counter tops, newly remodeled walk in shower, large patio area and pool. The space This space is very cozy and private. You will have private access and will not be bothered. It sleeps two very comfortably with one queen size bed. The sofa is a pull out queen sleeper as well. Guest access Access the guesthouse through the GATE ON THE WEST side of the property. Park out front by the light pole and come towards the front door of the main house where you will see a walk way that will take you to the gate leading you to the guesthouse. You will have access to the pool and the four top table on the patio that is closest to the guesthouse - as well there is a private sitting area just outside the guesthouse entrance. Other things to note We have a calm middle aged dog, a toddler and a baby. None of them go outside unattended so it is a quiet, peaceful space.
