If you wish to just lounge and relax by the pool, jacuzzi, and private gazebo bar or enjoy the nightlife; it’s all readily available for you to indulge. The space All the bedding is new since April 2025 which includes a brand new encased mattress and new plush pillows. Guest access Guests have access to the laundromat on the lobby level which accepts $1.50 in quarters for one 30 minute wash and the same rate goes for one drying round of 45 minutes. You have exclusive free access to the gym located at the Sonesta resort just steps across the street. The jacuzzi, pool, gazebo bar, and garden area are located on the first floor which are steps near the condo. You have unlimited access to the Ice machine which is located in the corridor just on the left of the condo. A disposal point is also conveniently located on the left of the condo near the elevator. Other things to note You have access to your own personal wifi connection of 8MB. What is provided is perfect for your usual daily use. I have had satisfied guests use it for working remotely. Private underground parking with 24h security is also available at a $8 daily rate.
