Downstairs sunroom/workout room has a rowing machine, stationary bike, elliptical climber, boxing & stretching equipment, large TV, surround sound radio, sofa/bed, refrigerator, & 1/2 bath. It's okay to use the mountain bike (w/basket on back) for three blocks to grocery store, shopping. Washer/dryer downstairs. Very quiet & private. Upstairs apartment is over 2.5-car garage also has 12X24 storage room and 12X17 sunroom/workout room great for a good sweat then kick back on sofa or hammock. Everything is USMC properly squared away neat and clean! In season, enjoy and pick from garden and fruit trees in backyard. First order is to make yourself at home. It's all yours to use at will. Property is private - you will have it alone from arrival to departure. I try to greet each new visitor and show them around to make sure they are as comfortable as can be. After getting guest settled in, I will typically then be out of town during their stay but of course they can reach me if necessary. This is a beautiful and quiet neighborhood three blocks from Sedgefield Country Club 1st tee, two blocks to practice tee, short walk to nine different eateries, an emergency medical facility, two grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, dry cleaner, a seamstress, UPS store, and more. 1/2 mile to easy access to on/off I-73 and I-40. At the risk of being redundant saying how convenient just about everything a person could need is, when home, I seldom use my car. Instead I usually walk or bike to get whatever is needed. You could easily do the same while getting a bit of exercise. Everything is that nearby.
