Small area, not meant for heavy cooking but perfect for set up with microwave and toaster oven and reheating takeout with an apartment size refrigerator. Coffee and tea are complimentary. Located in the heart of the Historic Hill, The Gallery is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Other things to note PARKING INFORMATION: On-SITE Parking subject to availability. Please be sure to confirm prior to booking!!!! One small space is often available for a small vehicle. Not suitable for trucks or large SUVs passenger should hop out prior to parking as it’s a narrow space. PAID PARKING: The Mary street public lot is located just 1/2 block away between Mary and Church streets, just below the Vanderbilt Grace Hotel. In the summer it is 30$ per day, winter parking is FREE. An additional pay lot can be found on Clarke Street (one block away), variable rates depending on length of stay. FREE PARKING: There is free TWO hour parking from 10-3pm directly in front of the house. After 3pm the spots are available overnight until 10am the following morning, Watch your time, the city will ticket during the day. I also supply you with a map of all of the FREE on street parking areas located within a few blocks of the house. Once you park in a designated long term space, you don't need the car, you can walk anywhere in town, PLEASE READ ALL SIGNS!!!! Off-SEASON PARKING: Easily found on Division St. above or Clarke St. just below. Sticker parking is not in Effect from October to May so anyone may park in these areas during the winter months.
