You’ll love our place because of the location, the people, and the relaxing neighborhood. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) for a small fee of $10 per night. We are not too close to the strip, but not too far. We are doing some renovations this year. Thank you for your patience. The space Come enjoy a relaxing home in a quiet neighborhood. We're within walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, and gas stations. You can hop on a bus for a couple of dollars and head down to the strip! Uber is also popular (prices vary). Want a casino? Head north for about 5 minutes and visit Aliante. Have a few extra peope? There is a queen-sized air mattress in bedroom 3. Remember there is a $10/night fee for furbabies. After checking in, you'll have until 5pm to report any issues. Please walk the property to make sure it looks like the pictures, try the internet, etc. Any issues after 5pm will be addressed the next day. Guest access For the most part, you will have access to the entire property, EXCEPT where the owners keep their personal items to use during their stay (the garage and bedroom at the end of the hallway). If you'd like to use the patio cushions, please REQUEST them before your booking. Thank you! Your furbabies will enjoy our doggy door and back yard. Remember there is a $10 fee per night for them. Other things to note Welcome to your home away from home! Remember the HOA curfew: S-R 10 pm and F-Sa midnight (no loud noises after this time). On the first Tuesday of the month our yard crew comes to do yard work. Guests staying on Fridays are asked to take garbage bins out Friday night after 5pm and bring them in Saturday night or Sunday morning. Check-in: Anytime after 3 pm PST the first day of your reservation. Please let us know when you get to the home. From 3pm-5pm, preview property and check to make sure it looks like the pictures. Make sure you can connect to the internet. Any requests after 5pm will be handled the next day. Please take pictures and send if there is a concern. Check-out: Anytime before 11 am PST the last day of your reservation. Please let us know when you leave. When checking out, please take pictures in each area of the property and send to the owners via email. This will prevent any discrepancy of the condition you left the house in at the time of your departure. Pile used bedding/blankets on beds. Wash/dry towels. Load and start dishwasher. Take garbage out back and place in bins. Put key back in lock box. Travel safe! Remember there is a $10/night fee for furbabies. There will be a $20 fee for early check-in or late check-out (up to 2 hours) upon approval. If the request is more than 2 hours from the existed time, a $10 charge per additional hour will be added. We try to the best of our efforts to help you out, but this is a home, not a hotel. Thank you for bringing your family/friends.
