Walk to the train from this private 3rd floor suite with private bath available. Off street parking included . Queen size bed, futon.Perfect for visiting a student at Bryn Mawr, Haverford or Villanova. Very close to Bryn Mawr Hospital for medical professional.Suitable for family with children. Easy walking access to Septa rail line which is a 20 minute ride to Center City as well as Septa High Speed rail and also walking distance to many shops/food/entertainment.CONVENIENT FOR WORD CUP OR PGA The space Queen size bed and futon in 500 square feet of living space. I also have an oversized memory foam sleeping pad. The room has a private bathroom and shower. You are welcome to share very basic kitchen access with limited cooking and off street parking. I make my driveway available for off street parking for my guests who come via car. Please note this is on the third floor so there are stairs and if you have trouble negotiating stairs this listing may not be appropriate. This is my home, not a hotel and I live here as well. Friends and family of mine may come to visit occasionally. It is a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Guest access Guests have basic access to kitchen for use of fridge and very light cooking, mainly microwave use only , laundry (washer and dryer), private bathroom with shower, wifi with tv to stream from your device or your streaming service , front porch with wicker chairs and back porch with table and garden views. During your stay I work full time from home, so a, usually here. I live in the house and can have as much or little interaction as needed. Am easily available via text as well.
