Huge private room and private bathroom on the ground floor of a home on a quiet side street. We are located 5 minutes from beach access or the main highway. The room is spacious enough to include a bedroom area with a queen bed, a living room with a TV and fireplace and a coffee/microwave area with a toaster and mini fridge. The laundry room is shared with the owners who live upstairs. There is central air conditioning! Non-smokers only please The space The bedroom area has an armoire, dresser and queen size bed. There is a working space with a desk in the centre of the room. The living room area has an electric fireplace, power blinds, tv with netflix and cable and coffee table. The coffee/microwave area has dishes, silverware, toaster and mini fridge. Outside the back door is an extended cement patio with table and chairs to sit either under cover or in the sun. Bocce equipment available. My wife and I have lived in Parksville for over 30 years. We would be happy to help with any plans or suggestions for our area. Guest access The front entry and foyer is shared. The bathroom and large Airbnb room are for guest use only. The laundry is shared with hosts.
