The space Cozy living room with nice dining table, sofa, large 55" SmartTV with soundbar and radiant panel heating. A large terrace, with a living room, dining room, bar counter, and a truly privileged view of the gardens, swimming pool, Socos beach, and Tongoy Bay. Master bedroom: king-size bed with springs, pillows, and high-quality bedding. Desk for remote working. 46" Smart TV. Radiant panel heating. Second bedroom: 1 bunk bed (2 single mattresses) and 1 trundle bed (2 single mattresses). All 4 mattresses are spring and high quality. To use the nest bed below it must be pulled out (See photos). That's why this bedroom is recommended for three people, although a fourth can sleep without problems in the trundle bed below. High-quality pillows and bedding. 32" Smart TV. Mobile radiant panel heating. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. Great for long-term stays. If you have children, there is a lot of security in the condominium and there are many spaces to explore and play. The apartment has three Smart TVs with most of these streaming services enabled (Disney+, Star+, HBO GO, Amazon Prime, Apple+). Previous cleaning by a professional company, available throughout the stay for any detail or problem. Guest access The lease includes 1 private parking space. Coming in two vehicles is not recommended, especially in high season (December-February) The condominium has visitor parking but it is only for parking during the day. If you intend to come in two cars, ask first because I have the possibility of getting a second parking space in another relatively nearby building (subject to availability). In low season there is more flexibility in general. Other things to note This property's reservation policy is Strict, meaning Airbnb will apply a 50% cancellation fee if you cancel more than 7 days before check-in and 100% if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in. These fines are received in part by the host as compensation and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Unfortunately, there is no COVID force majeure cancellation policy, as there was at the beginning of the Pandemic. Airbnb has removed it. Therefore, you must consider that if your trip is booked and a new health restriction appears at the last minute that prevents you from traveling, Airbnb will simply apply the penalties indicated and as hosts we cannot do anything about it, nor will we refund the part that comes to us as compensation for cancellation. Despite the above, as hosts we understand the uncertainty and excessive variability of health permits and restrictions. Therefore, we have decided that if the causes are associated with COVID, we will do our best to accommodate a change of date for the rentals. To do this, the visitor must request a date change for their reservation through the page and we will be 100% available for the change. Please note that there may be a price difference, higher or lower, depending on the rates set for the new dates chosen. Also, keep in mind that at certain times of the year there are restrictions on the minimum number of days to rent.
