Parking on our lot next door is available! Nearby attractions: The Wharf, OWA amusement parks, The Flora-Bama, Naval Air Station in Pensacola, Fl and the famous Blue Angels! The space Upon entering you will be greeted with a six person dining table, large kitchen with 5 barstools, and a warm and inviting living room boasting a reclining sofa and loveseat plus two oversized wicker chairs, tv, sound bar and blue ray DVD player. Down the hall you will have access to a jack and jill style bathroom. (Each bedroom has it’s own toilet and sink access; shared shower/tub combo) At the end of the hallway are the bedrooms. New mattresses, linens! BRAND NEW DECK complete with four turquoise Adirondack chairs. The decor is “beachy” yet clean and inviting. Downstairs is a covered porch offering two bench swings and additional seats. Propane grill and an outdoor shower with HOT WATER! Side yard (additional lot) is available for kids to play! If you’d like to park your boat/trailer on this lot, there is an additional fee. Four person electric GOLF CART available for $30/day or $200 week (over $100 cheaper than golf cart rental companies!)
