(Rent cost is based on the number of guest). You might want to explore: Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore 35 miles, Tahquamenon Falls State Park 53 miles and Grand Marias 25 miles. You can snowmobile or ride your side by side right from the yard to some of the best groomed trails in the U.P. NO AIR, NO PETS. The space The historic three story Seney Farm House is located on over 1.6 acres of land, providing you plenty of space for parking, in the winter the driveway is plowed. It is on a paved road. There is a mud room entrance to handle your needs to hang and store any outdoor clothing you may have. There is a large furnished country kitchen with a spacious dining room, including a dining room table that has four stored leaves for expansion . The kitchen has a brand new dish washer, new floors and new lighting too. There is a second dining room, especially handy for large groups when dining or use it to gather the family and friends to play cards or board games. Sleep well in any one of the seven bedrooms that have a total of ten beds, one king, three queen, two full and four twin beds. All carpet was replaced in 2021. There are three newly remodeled bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a tub/shower. There is a rec room with a pool table. Watch dish TV in the large living room with a brand new couch, love seat and rocker recliner, and two additional rocker recliners. Or relax by connecting to the wifi. If needed there is a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. There is a screened in porch with a picnic table. There is another picnic table, two chairs and a bench on the front porch with new carpet. There is a fire ring and a gas grill available to use. No air conditioning. No Pets allowed. No events. Guest access Rent cost is based on number of guest. Base price of $369.00 is for one to six guest, (booking is for the same guest for entire stay,) each additional guest beyond six is a $50 charge per guest per night. When booking enter the number of guests (if you have a different number of guests on different nights, use your highest number of guests for entire stay) the price will be automatically calculated. Reservations for 1-7 guests will have access to the 1st & 2nd floors, each floor has a bathroom for a total of two bathrooms. Eight or more guest will open the 3rd floor availability including a third bathroom. Other things to note In winter guest may need to shovel snow around entry door and stairs, this region receives significant amounts of snow.
