New washer & dryer located inside. Walk the loop to the ocean, or bike (two bikes available for guests use) to the park, beach, boardwalk, Pier and to Trestles beach. San Onofre beach is a short commute by car. San Clemente shops, restaurants and night life are minutes away. The space The home is minutes away from popular beaches, shops and restaurants. You can walk to the park and beach to take in the beautiful sunsets and area. The condo comes with two designated parking spots as well as street parking. Please remove all sand and shoes prior to entering the home. There is a hose in the patio area to use to wash all sand and debris away before entering the home. There is a barbecue for use in the patio. Please clean and cover after every use. Condo Quiet times are from 9p-7a. There are 2 bikes in the patio closet for use. Please keep locks on bikes at all times when in use. Guest access There is key access to the hot tub and sauna for registered guests use only. There are designated use times for these amenities and must be followed when in use. These times are posted at the hot tub and sauna area. Please be mindful of noise when these amenities are being used as there are neighboring condos close by. Other things to note This is a monthly rental in a serene condominium complex in San Clemente. We ask that no unregistered guests are allowed in or around the complex premises and hot tub area. Quiet hours must be followed with respect to the neighbors and area so we may continue to share our beautiful home with you. Please no shoes in the home. Do not use the fireplace. Due to condo rules, Bikes are not allowed in patio and must be put back into patio closet after every use.
