RM3 Juanita’s Guesthouse (1min walk to the beach)

AIRCON, CABLE TV, and PRIVATE CR. 5 mins from STA FE PORT to the guesthouse. Very near the beach and it will only take you 30 seconds to walk to the beach. 2 minutes to the nearest grocery. 3-5 minutes to MJ SQUARE where all the bars and restaurants are located. Upon arrival, you will meet NG NENENG (our caretaker) and she will provide you the key to your room. She is very kind and accommodating. SCOOTER, BIKE rentals, & PUMP BOAT for ISLAND HOPPING are available at a very affordable price. The space What makes our guesthouse unique is that you will feel at home when you are in our place, even if it's just a simple guesthouse. We have 2 shortcuts and both have the nearest access to the beach, known beach resorts, restaurants, bars, groceries, churches & port. We have a shared kitchen and dining table outside. All utensils and cooking equipments (water heater, rice cooker, stove & grilling area) are available. Mineral water (dispenser) is free/ provided. Our dining area capacity is 10-12 pax, so I suggest that you do some scheduling or tell ng Neneng what time do you plan to use the kitchen to cook and eat so she can also inform the other guests. Place is clean and very safe. We are now planning and working on extending and upgrading all rooms and the dining area very soon. Guest access Access to the room, private cr, and balcony. Kitchen (cooking and grilling area), dining table, parking space for bikes, motorcycles, and scooters inside the property. Unfortunately we don't have a parking space for cars but there are parking lots outside but some of the owners requires minimal fee (P100.00) since it is not our property anymore.
