Very comfortable townhome-easy access to B&A Trail, grocery store, restaurants, USNA or DTA. with 3 BR upstairs (K,Q,Q) and a lower level /lux bathroom (Air matt provided). I accept reservations for guests with 'high reviews unless Navy parents first time. Max guests 8. Max cars is 3. Discolsure -we are not a pet free home and have a cat that we take with us when hosting. Very comfortable and lavish! Great entertaining home with open floorplan. Congregate around the island or on the deck or patio before you head out on the town! Guests are welcome to access the whole house except one walk in closet in the master bed room and the garage(except to dump their trash bags at end of stay). UPDATE: The driveway can fit 2 cars only. You can have only 1 additional car IF you can find a guest spots(unmarked) in the neighborhood. These are not always available and my neighbors will call the police if they see multiple cars coming to my home-hence NO PARTIES -only registered amount of guests not greater than 8 people. Thank you for your kind consideration of my Neighbors! There are streets outside of my neighborhood that you can park on. I will greet all my guests to go over details of my home and then provide code for door. Only 3 cars max allowed. NO parties or loud music/noise please-my neighbors will call the police. Neighborhood is very peaceful. Enjoy rising to complimentary Keurig coffee. The Safeway is walking distance and there are numerous restaurants and breakfast shops along Route 2. Easy access to the Baltimore/Annapolis trail for biking and walking. 5 miles to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. 40 minutes to DC or Baltimore! Never a loss of things to do!! While this is a peaceful neighborhood, there are many children that roam the neighborhood on their bikes etc, so please drive very slow especially when backing out of the driveway :-) Also, please NO parties, loud music,strippers for bachelor parties etc, or profanity at any time to respect my neighbors who are all really nice. My home is not a pet free home but my cat is hyperallergenic. Disclosure in case someone in your party has bad allergies.
