Lovely house located in Isla Teopan, Coatepeque. The island is oriented towards family life and respect for nature. Rules of the house and island must be respected. The house is beautiful, quiet, cozy, and well cared by the owners. Views from the house overlooking the lake and mountains are breathtaking. Great for families or small groups looking to spend some quiet time . In order to get to the island a ferry must be taken . The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The space IMPORTANT NOTE: The rental price includes TWO cars through the ferry. Additional cars or rides through the ferry must pay an additional fee of $28 per car on regular hours and $33 per car after hours. This payment must be left with the guardian before your departure. There is no supermarket nearby so please take everything you need, including ice and water. The house guardians are there to help out with basic things and if you wish for them to cook, talk to them directly and arrange to tip them. The 3 rooms inside the main house have air conditioning and the house has wifi. There is a jacuzzi and a pool. Next to the jacuzzi, there is a fire pit to enjoy at night. There is a television in the main bedroom as well as in the living room on the first floor. The house boat is not included in the rental. We can provide information about a boat/wave runner rental service. We ask that no more than 10 people stay in the house. We cherish our house, so please take care of it as if it were your own. Any extra guest will be charged $100/day. Guest access The island is great for walking in a beautiful natural environment, running, and has a tennis court for everyone’s use. Other things to note The island preserves its natural environment and cares for animals around the island . Please respect this. During local vacation weeks the price may vary so please contact the owner for this information. Guests may arrive during the morning of their rental days and check out by 5 p.m. The ferry’s working hours are from 8 am until 5 pm. Using it after this hour has additional costs. The ferry is operational 24 hours a day for emergencies on weekends. The house price includes two cars through the ferry. Additional cars must pay an extra fee.
