This is a beautiful air conditioned beachfront location in a 140 unit Nikki Residences condominium with a large pool and Playa Blanca beach is only two hundred feet from our condominium. Formerly a hotel it is now quiet with only a few owners using the facility. We have 24 hour security on the property. Groceries & pharmacy are a few minutes away. We have a large view balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with dishes, silverware, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and coffee pot. Hot water. Fast Wifi. The space Beautiful grounds and walking paths to the beach and pool area. Large covered area with tables and chairs is next to the pool for entertaining or shade. Also a pool and a play area for young kids near our condominium. Guest access Guests can relax in the shade by the pool or use the lawn chairs on the beach. A tennis court is on the premises which has also been lined for pickleball. We have Pickleball paddles and balls you can use. You will need to bring your tennis shoes to use the court. Other things to note Our condominium is located on the second floor and it is a short walk upstairs or you can use the elevator. We have a new Sony 55” smart 4K TV with super fast internet for streaming. A second TV is in the guest bedroom. We have recently added on demand hot water to our condominium. We are only a short 10 minute taxi ride from the Scarlett Martinez International Airport in Rio Hato for those Canadians arriving to enjoy the beach in Panamá.
