Peaceful Edinburg Home W/Private Pool

Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath single level home is located in a quiet, safe, and beautiful Edinburg neighborhood. You’ll love the home’s front yard area with private swimming pool, all within a high fence for privacy. This beautiful home is minutes away from great restaurants, bakery’s, shopping stores, parks, theaters, hospitals, police station and airport. Pets are allowed with a small fee that will be taken care of through the resolution center after booking. $20 small to medium, $35 larger dogs. The space Our home was built in the ‘50’s and still has some of its original appliances. The kitchen was built in the 50's and has not and will not be remodeled any time soon. Master bedroom has private access to the pool. The home has 3 bedrooms, two rooms have a king size bed while the third room has a queen size bed. The home has two inside restrooms and one outside by the pool. The restrooms were also built in the 50's and have not yet been remodeled. The tub is old and looks dirty but please be assured that it is cleaned and disinfected every time a new guest is coming to stay. Couch does not turn into a bed but it’s comfortable enough to sleep on. The home accommodates 2 or even 3 families or if traveling in large groups. Enjoy a private pool after a long day of shopping at the Plaza Mall or Mercedes Outlets. Your home away from home. The pool is also very old and has been giving me some trouble. I recently had to drain it and consequently it caused it to crack. I am having to deal with some pieces of the pool coming off and ending up in the pool. I am trying my best to resolve the issue. Guest access Please park on the left side of car port. This is your designated parking. Thank you. Other things to note The city goes by to pick up the trash every Monday morning. Please take out the trash can on Sunday night and leave it by road on the sidewalk, Thank you. Toilet paper is provided at check in. Anymore needed will have to be purchased by guest.
